Employer Relationships
The Employer Relationships Group reports in to the Skills Policy Group. It meets three times a year and operates virtually between meetings as required. The Group is chaired by David Grailey from NCFE.The groups proactively seeks to develop the Federation's expertise and identification of good practice in developing and managing relationships with employers and employer bodies in relation to the identification of the need for, the development and delivery of qualifications.
