JACQA
The Joint Advisory Committee for Qualifications Approval (JACQA) was established in December 2008 to advise the Secretary of State on the public funding eligibility of 14-19 qualifications in England.
JACQA was established to review the funding eligibility of accredited qualifications and make recommendations to the Secretary of State based on the administrative criteria for public funding (Section 96 of the Learning and Skills Act).
JACQA reviews all 14-19 qualifications which request eligibility of public funding.
